Return Policy (for non-swaddling products)

For all non-swaddling products sold on, we have a 30-day return window from date of purchase.  Non-swaddling products must be returned in new condition and be unopened. 

We guarantee all products purchased directly on our website to be defect-free upon arrival. Simply submit your Return request within 30 days from the date of your order / purchase date. See details below.

What items are returnable?

  • Only embé® swaddles qualify for our 30-day, try it guarantee.
    • With our 30 day no-hassle, money back SWADDLE guarantee, if you don't love our swaddles or find a problem with them, you can return them new or used within 30 days of your order / purchase date.  Original packaging not required for return.
  • All other products are returnable within 30-days and must be returned unopened and unused. 


What items are non-refundable?

  • Any items purchased outside of, from another retailer.  You must return your items back to the retailer that it was purchased from, as they are responsible for customer service items that they sold. Retailer return policy's apply to your purchase and may not be similar to our policy.
  • embé® swaddles past 30 days from the date of purchase. This is not to be confused with the date you received your item or shipment date.
  • All other non-swaddling products past the 30 days from the date of purchase. This is not to be confused with the date you received your item or shipment date.


Can I return/exchange if I purchased from a retailer or 3rd party?

  • No. We are not responsible for other retailer returns. Customer service is a service provided by each retailer for the brands and items that the retailer sells. If you choose to purchase embé® products outside of, you are responsible for knowing their return policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you must bring your complaint back to your retailer.  If an item is received as defective, the retailer will have a policy for defective items.  Again, these complaints must be handled by the retailer's customer service department. 


Are there any charges for return?

  • There are no processing charges for returns
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges
  • Original shipping charge is non-refundable


How do I return/exchange?

  • Visit the Returns link to begin return process.
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return. Due to limitations, we are unfortunately only able to accept returns. For exchanges, we recommend that you return and reorder again. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
  • You will get a confirmation email with return shipping instructions. Please email return tracking number to along with your Order #.  


How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 business days.
